Goals & Reminders

– Try to do something fun at least once a day


– Find the beauty in everyday occurrences (Instagram’s #100happydays really helps!)

– Don’t be overly concerned with social media; enjoy it, don’t ruin it for yourself

– Reward yourself when you work hard

– Realize it is okay not to enjoy something


– Speak kindly and thoughtfully


– Blog as often as possible, but don’t make it stressful

– Deep breaths and count to ten when anxiety or frustration strikes

– Enough complaining (Stay Positive)


– No Regrets


– Figure out what you love
